We built perimeter fencing around Lokodokodioi Primary School to secure the school grounds and create a safer learning environment for its pupils.

We built a new ward and drainable latrines at Aliwang Health Centre III. The project expands patient care and improves hygiene for patients, staff and visitors.
Classroom and latrine blocks, Adwenyi Primary School
We built two three-classroom blocks and two five-stance latrine blocks at Adwenyi Primary School, giving pupils better classrooms and safe, dignified sanitation.
Dormitory, PEAS Apeulai High School
We built a new dormitory for Apeulai High School so more students can board safely close to their classrooms. The work covered substructure, superstructure, roofing and finishes, delivered to PEAS Uganda’s school building standards.

Our second project for PEAS Uganda delivered a dormitory and a classroom block. Together they expand the school’s capacity to teach and house students.
Warehouse restoration, Uganda Red Cross Society
We assessed and restored a warehouse after its roof collapsed. Our scope covered a structural integrity assessment, design of a new roof structure, structural restoration and surface drainage. The warehouse is back in service, supporting the Red Cross’s humanitarian work.
